A fully compiled program that allows your in-house DSO (with access to your server) to link directly to the clients database.  Essentially this system is a read only version of CES minus the Enquiry Sub-System.  

CES DLink requires the Contractor to have access to your server in order to share your database in real time.  All the features of CES are available including All Reports (many with additional features), however, access to payment data has been removed bar the payment reports.

The Main Exceptions are as follows :-

1. The Asset Register is read-only, no changes may be made to any data contained within it.

2. Orders/Notices may be viewed and marked completed (if required) other than this the records may not be modified.

3. The Monitoring sub-system is fully available but the database does not share that of the clients system.

4. Against operations - material requirements, machinery and standard minutes may be logged.  

5. All asset register reports have the further option to print displaying prices based on schedules of rate or an hourly rate.  Further options allow the DSO to print these reports displaying standard minutes or standard hours.

6. A report automatically prints any Orders/Notices not already printed.
