A separate fully compiled multi-user program which allows access to the Customer
Care - Enquiry System ONLY. This is useful for Administrative officers who may be
recording and following-up enquiries that enter your department and whom only require
access to enquiries. The system also includes all the enquiry reports available from
within CES. The included Enquiry browse window allows for easy selection of required
records. Users are also able to view/print any Notices or Orders that have been
cross-referenced to enquiries. The system is fully password protected (accessed/maintained
via CES), no limit has been placed on the number of users that may use Front-Desk or
concurrently gain access to records held in the enquiries sub-system.
Access is also provided to our useful note-it's mini CES E-Mail sub-system in order
that messages may be electronically sent to other CES users.
Our Enquiry System is as powerful as any enquiry/complaint logging system on the
market and is as powerful as ours (see DES). CES front-Desk may not be purchased by any
users not already using CES - if you require this functionality take a look at DES!
