In conjunction with Wolverhampton City Council MCS were asked to add a Fly Tipping sub-system to our enforcement system to "streamline the
completion of Statutory Monthly Returns".
Due to its success we decided to make this available to other departments and Authorities that didn't require a full fixed penalty system, the resulting program we call FlyCaptureIT. As a bonus this means FlycaptureIT can be used as a system in its own right, or coexist with Enforcer for access to fly-tipping data only.

"It is highly unlikely that any system not specifically designed to produce the Environment Agencies Returns will produce all data required - they will certainly not do any of it efficiently and it is very unlikely they will do it accurately" FlycaptureIT will and does!
FlyCaptureIT allows you to visually monitor
cases and their current stage. All data required from each case on your monthly return is added to the return in real-time! Any number of Offenders may be logged against each case. Any number of actions (information required on returns) may be logged against each offender. You can even automatically produce/issue a Fixed Penalty Notice if this course of action
is taken.
