Our users have been effectively managing their FPN's for years while those that rely on a jack of all trades corporate system are still waiting for their supplier to write or decide whether to write new modules! Because Fixed Penalty Management is our primary function - any changes to legislation or methodology are immediately added to the system.

Enforcer allows you to log any type of offence including Litter, Fly Tipping, Dog Fouling, Graffiti, Fly Posting, even Truancy/Attendance FPN's, can create & print Fixed Penalty Notices, Print Standard and Ad-Hoc Mail-merged Letters and Monitors Payments.

For Vehicle Litter, a separate sub-system has been provided to cover the administration and stages involved when only a vehicles registration is known. Once the vehicle owner has been located a letter can be printed and sent out. Once the offence has been accepted by either the driver or passenger a Fixed Penalty Case and Notice can be produced at the click of a button or warning letter sent and the case closed.

Our in-built fly tipping sub-system (see screenshots) has been specifically designed to collate & administer all fly-tipping cases and produce/email XML returns required by the Environment Agencies national fly-tipping database (flycapture). It allows you to fully manage individual cases, external department returns and Bulk Enter minor cases automatically completing flycapture returns in real time!

Enforcer automatically maintains and displays Audit Logs keeping track of important changes to data and printed letters.

To future proof the system a user can add/modify the types of offence logged onto the system any fixed penalty amount and maximum fine along with corresponding articles as and when required...

Enforcer is network ready and there is NO extra cost per user.

Enforcer requires no other 3rd party software to run.

Ready-to-run Reports list and summarize details including :- full case print-outs, court hearing schedule, monetary, offence, officer summaries, payment analysis, open case status listings, Completed VQ4 Form etc... All reports may be saved to PDF and optionally e-mailed natively within Enforcer

The in-built letter developer/manager used for mail-merged letters/forms is a very powerful system, it allows for complexity not possible in word processors like MS Word. Fields from multiple files may be simply dragged and dropped into position or inserted into formatted text... over 90 inbuilt functions are available - Its even possible to add/print bar codes!

In-built imaging software allows you to reduce the size of large photos to save huge disk space on your server. Further options allow you to rotate, zoom in/out and pan images as required.

Automatic Daily backup into zip file along with optional automated backup taken each time a user exits Enforcer.

An ODBC Driver is available allowing you to write your own reports in-house using any odbc compliant program such as Excel, Crystal Reports or Access.
