Neighbourhood Watch Software

Membership	Any number of members past/present may be logged including full contact information. If a modem is attached all *numbers may be dialled direct including opening of web sites and e-mails* - a single right click on the member record displays a quick dial pop-up menu. A facility is also provided to attach/view/print a *digital photograph* and log any number of individual member notes. Members may be given a user definable designation i.e. member, volunteer, co-ordinator. Each member may be directly attached to any number e-mail groups from the provided e-mail tab. Against each member any number of emergency contacts relatives and/or keyholders may be attached and displayed on-screen. By allocating against each member the person who contacts them the system can generate a contact tree, this report can optionally display the contact details according to method chosen (ie. work/home phone, fax, email etc) for that member.
Group EMail	Enables any number of email groups to be set-up and any number of Members and Organisation/Contacts to be added to each group. An e-mail may be typed and if required a file attached. E-Mail is automatically generated using Bcc (blind carbon copy) - this means that each recipient does not see any reference to all other recipients of that e-mail. The resultant e-mail is automatically sent to your outbox where if required it may be further edited prior to being sent - *Group Email!*.
Crime Database	Any number of records may be added and analysed. Each record is *automatically logged as a crime or non-crime report, a memo field is provided to add notes. Crime records may be displayed site by site or in reverse order from the most recent. An on-screen summary* may be displayed to show crime totals for the last 3 months. Reports are available to analyse crime records as you require. An *on-screen* *graph* is available to show the trend in crime over the last year, alternately an option allows you to analyse the last 90 days by day-of-the-week, pressing another button prints it!
Organisation/ Contacts Register	Any number of Organisations/associated contacts may be logged and any number of contacts/phone details added against each Organisation. Buttons allow direct dial and/or access to web site and e-mail. Against each contact record within each organisation those with e-mail addresses may be directly attached or removed from email groups.
Super Notes	Any number and type of note may be added including follow-up notes, Notes marked to-do may be displayed on a single list. *Notes are grouped by type* allowing for quick display and may be highlighted important. Groups may be defined and added as you require *e.g. fund raising events, meetings etc...*
Finance	A basic facility has been provided to log simple transactions such as donations and subscriptions and *keep track of your organisations balance*.
Traders	A basic facility has been provided to log vetted/bona-fide traders. This list can also be group emailed to any group email list at the press of a button.
