Consultancy

System Modification

MCS provide both training and on/off site consultancy at very competitive rates. On site consultancy will take place with a system programmer allowing on the spot modifications to any of our products as required by clients. Thanks to the knowledge gained from our wide ranging client base we are able to offer advice regarding the setting-up and running of our products that best suits your particular needs.

Individual modifications can be made to most of our systems as per user requirement - rates charged are dependent upon requirements.

Support

User Group/Network

Software support
We have full time support team providing helpdesk and development assistance.

Telephone support
A telephone support service is available to all clients with a current maintenance agreement between the hours of 9.30am - 5.30pm.

Over 80% of calls are resolved immediately and procedures are in place to escalate calls to the Support Manager if appropriate.

Software updates
All software updates including documentation amendments are made available to clients who have a valid support agreement.
All users are notified via E-Mail when upgrades are available - upgrades (password protected) may be downloaded directly from this site...

Development support
The support team are aided by dedicated support programmer.

MCS maintain a list of current users throughout our product range. We offer our clients an option to submit their contact details (telephone and e-mail number) for inclusion on an appropriate/specialist group for networking purposes.   The usual group split for CES for example would be by client/contractor and discipline. MCS distribute updated lists to group members.
