The bungalow is situated in the most idyllic location within the Villamartin area.  Stays here suit those wanting Rest & Relaxation and/or a great golfing experience. The whole area is lit at night by low level lanterns on each property making for a most picturesque scene.

Flights can be as little as £60/Person if booked one or two months in advance (Alicante - ALC or Murcia).

 

Situated between Villamartin and Campoamor golf courses it makes an ideal situation for golfers.  The testing course of Las Ramblas is only 6 minutes away as are the wonderful beaches of Cabo Roig and La Zenia. 

 

Villamartin is situated on the Orihuela Costa is warmer all year round in comparison with the other "Costas" and can only be compared to the Canary Islands climate. 

 

Its situation (Verdemar I) is in an extremely pleasant and sought after residential area located within minutes of villamartin square and golf club. Being established for over 15 years there are no building works or unexpected/unwanted sites seen in many areas/resorts.
