VQ616 - we have produced the form which you can print and use to manually complete an actual VQ616 but at this time the DVLA will not allow you to replace their own form and to date there is no electronic method. (VQ616 replaces the old VQ4 - they have done this to reduce the number of fraudulent requests they receive for vehicle owner details). • August 2011 - Enforcer 7.7b - New summary reports added to general and vehicle cases.  All summary reports now allow you to "sort by the numbers" ranked by case numbers rather than alphabetical.  New fields to specifically log warning letter and statutory letter dates.  New sorts and search added to vehicle cases on the main browse screen and more... • March 2011 - Enforcer 7.6e - New Defra Annual Return report to provide information necessary to complete your returns.  New option in Issue Method to log Cases that go Straight to Legal. Enhancements to reports and screen prompts to reflect the above new features. • March 2011 - Playground Manager 2 Released.  Full automation added based on GPS exif Camera images.  PM2 is now fully ready for deployment.
