Click on the link shown above/right to begin download. When the
Download File window opens, select Save, then using the Directory Window
(which will now open) Select Desktop (use the drop
down list box at the top of this window by clicking on it and move
all the way up to Desktop) then click Save.
To Install : Once you have downloaded the
file Enforcer.exe, if you selected Desktop it should appear on your main
desktop window (main screen), simply double click on the file and when prompted enter the
supplied Password. Once installed you can delete the file from your
desktop by right clicking on Enforcer.exe and selecting delete.
